Our Hayabusa Alternator is a high output charging system for the Suzuki GSXR 1300 motorcyle engine. This system is designed for Hayabusa powered sand cars, race cars and any other application utilizing the Hayabusa engine. The system has a mini denso racing type alternator capable of up to 75 amp output, coupled with the stators output of 30 amps for a total output of 105 amps. This charging system operates in a 1.1 to 1 ratio for safe operation of the alternator.

The output drive is a machined output shaft running off of the starter clutch with a billet 4 groove serpintine pulley. There is also a matching billet pulley for the alternator.

The bracket that holds the alternator utilzes the factory mounting holes on the motor which makes this kit easy to install. There is also a turbo bracket which places the alternator in a higher position, which allows clearance for turbo system. The brackets are powder coated and the kit is complete with bolts and hardware ready for installation.
